Contracts with a value less than $25,000 should not be submitted to the OGC, as they do not require legal review and approval. However, all University contracts must meet certain state and University standards.

To assist you in reviewing your contracts to ensure they meet these standards, OGC has developed the Contract Processing Guide (under $25,000) and Contract Review Checklist. Please review and refer to the Guide as needed, and complete a checklist for each contract under $25,000 to keep in your files.
